C+G has some of the most specialized storage facilities for the chemical and allied sectors in Ireland. Our warehousing comprises over 55,000 sq feet of specially dedicated, secure storage, accomodating approximately 7,000 pallet spaces.

Our Facilities

Our facilities are divided into 6 compartments, all fully bunded for spill control and others with specialised storage capabilities:

• Temp. controlled: 15°C(60°F), 8°C(45°F)
• Dedicated to flammable materials (Zone 2)
• Strict segregation

Our warehouse management system, In-Dex, is a graphical user-interfaced application designed by Principal Systems to facilitate all our customer needs. This allows us to fully track the history of all our materials from the time of ordering to date of delivery.

• POD Scanning

Our warehousing is equipped with the latest in narrow-aisle racking, using wire-guided Jungheinrich VNA 'man-aloft' turret trucks, backed-up by counter-balanced electric and diesel forklifts for quick and accurate storage and retrieval of pallets.

Our Health & Safety

C+G operates a strict health and safety policy. All employees are fully trained in all aspects of good practice with regard to the storage and distribution of chemicals. C+G have a qualified D.G.S.A. on staff. All warehousing has been designed and built to comply with all local regulations concerning the storage of chemicals. C+G is also subject to regular audits by the HSA and has been approved for the storage of chemicals and has additional BASIS certification for the storage of pesticides.

Our Security

C+G operates secure warehousing. All areas are covered by CCTV in addition to fire detection and and intruder alarms throughout our premises which are monitored offsite on a 24 hour basis.
